• Expect the unexpected when the food arrives for your event at NEX. Fresh, seasonal produce prepared on-site is the hero of the creative menus, which are designed to impress. Exceptional food is complimented by an impressive wine list hand-chosen by expert sommeliers. Food and wine are packaged to compliment each other and to cater for individual tastes. The NEX kitchen is committed to environmentally-friendly practices. Food scraps and biodegradable waste is recycled for compost while unused food is donated to OzHarvest.
  

  All catering is created under the expert eye of Executive Chef Matthew Skelton.

TECHNOLOGY

• The Arena features the most advanced speaker system available in the world – the Martin Audio Multi Cellular Array system. The audio system has been acoustically engineered by Martin Audio and will provide premium audio quality for any entertainment format or music type.

  Lighting includes 24 Martin Wash lights to fully cover the stage. The three large on stage screens give flawless projection from the brand new EPSON 11000 ansi lumen projectors. Each screen can work separately or for a grand statement they can feature the same visualisation.
